1 General Provisions

rb222 ("Platform", "we", "us") operates an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided on the rb222 platform and form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "member") and rb222.

By registering on the platform or using the services in any way, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. In addition to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are equally in effect.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

To access services on rb222, you must open a valid personal account. Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Information Provided at Registration

• Full legal name (as on your national identity card)
• Correct date of birth
• A valid and active mobile number and email address
• A valid address in Bangladesh

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rb222 may at any time request photos of a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Identity verification may be mandatory before deposits or withdrawals. Failure to submit the required documents for verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

• The account may only be used by the person who registered it — allowing third parties to use it is prohibited.
• The member is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Do not share your password or login details with anyone.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

The minimum age to use rb222 services is 21 years. If anyone under 21 opens an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be considered void.

• Proof of age may be requested at registration and at any point thereafter.
• Accounts cannot be operated from countries or regions where online gambling is legally prohibited.
• Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and their close relatives are not eligible to use rb222 services.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on rb222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Various familiar methods are available for deposits and withdrawals for the convenience of members.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Only accounts or cards registered in your own name may be used for deposits — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• rb222 reserves the right to investigate fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawals are completed in 5–30 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the deposit method used, or where applicable, to another registered method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If money laundering or fraud is suspected, rb222 reserves the right to cancel any transaction and notify the relevant authorities. In such cases, account funds may be frozen and legal action may be taken.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rb222 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and regular members. Each offer is provided under specific conditions, and failure to comply with those conditions will result in the bonus being considered void.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• To make the bonus withdrawable, a wagering requirement of 15 times the combined bonus and deposit amount must be met.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only to the member in whose name the account is registered.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, household, address, or device is prohibited.
• Each promotion has a set validity period — unused bonuses will be automatically removed once the period expires.
• rb222 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonus funds are not transferable to other accounts.

5.3 VIP Program

6 Betting Rules

rb222 offers various betting and gaming services including cricket, football, casino games, slots, and fishing games. Each game or event may have its own rules.

6.1 General Betting Conditions

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the platform has a specific "Cash Out" feature, which may be used if available.
• rb222 reserves the right to cancel any bet recorded due to a technical error.
• rb222 may investigate and cancel bets placed at unreasonably high odds.

6.2 Live Betting

• In live betting, odds and availability can change in an instant.
• In the event of a disconnection or a bet accepted late, rb222's decision is final.
• Bets recorded after an event has ended will be automatically cancelled.

6.3 Game Results and Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, server logs and game provider records are authoritative. Complaints must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the result being announced; complaints received after this period may not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, possible forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in gaming software or the platform (bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, etc.).
• Using hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Depositing or gambling using third-party funds.
• Manipulating any game or colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated bots or scripts to conduct betting or gaming.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by rb222

rb222 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Failure to comply with age restrictions.
• Instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, however any bonus with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

• Hacking or cyberattacks beyond rb222's control.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, government restrictions.

In any circumstance, rb222's maximum liability will be limited to the actual funds held in the relevant member's account.
